Isopto Atropine is an ophthalmic anticholinergic medication used to treat certain eye conditions, including mydriasis, cycloplegia, and relief of discomfort associated with photophobia. It works by blocking the transmission of certain nerve impulses to the iris, pupil, and ciliary body, relaxing the muscle fibers around the eyes.
