Losartan is an ARB, which blocks the angiotensin II receptor and inhibits angiotensin II-mediated Vasoconstriction and aldosterone-induced fluid and electrolyte retention. Diuretika is a diuretic that acts on the distal tubule of the nephron to increase urination and reduce sodium and chloride reabsorption, resulting in increased excretion of sodium and water, and potassium retention.How long does it take to work?
The effects of losartan + Diuretika can be felt within 1-2 hours of taking the medication in patients with hypertension. But for the medication to have its full effect, patients need to take the medication for at least 2-4 weeks.Absorption
Losartan is rapidly absorbed with peak plasma concentrations occurring between 1 and 2 hours after ingestion. Diuretika is less rapidly absorbed with peak plasma concentrations between 1 and 4 hours after ingestion.Route of Elimination
